MLOps Engineer
, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and managing scalable MLOps frameworks, empowering data scientists, and ensuring the seamless deployment of machine learning models across global initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a robust
MLOps framework
in Databricks. - Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration of ML models into production.
- Build and maintain
automated CI/CD pipelines
for model deployment. - Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track model performance at scale.
- Champion best practices in
version control, testing, and documentation
. - Provide training and support to teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
in MLOps with hands-on expertise in Databricks. - Proficiency in
Databricks, Apache Spark, MLflow
and related MLOps tools. - Strong programming skills in
Python and/or PySpark
. - Experience with
CI/CD tools
like Jenkins, Git, Docker. - Knowledge of
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Advanced degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
preferred.
