Role Description

• Provide first-line support for Windows desktop, CCTV systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and network, CCTV peripherals within the organization's network.

• Assist with employees by setting up their workstations and ensuring they have access to necessary applications and systems.

• Manage IT inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of all desktop equipment and related assets.

• Educate and support staff on the effective use of technology, including software applications and best practices for security and efficiency. (This include ERP software and co-ordination with Vender for software development)

• Document support activities and solutions in a ticketing system to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.

• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements in desktop support processes and user experience.

• Familiarity with common software applications and tools relevant to the luxury goods industry, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail..

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
