What you will work on

You'll get real, hands-on exposure to:

  • Taxation & Audit
    – Direct & Indirect tax filings, TDS/GST returns, Tax Audit (3CD)
  • Company Law & ROC Filings
    – Incorporations, annual filings, and LLP compliances
  • Startup and Investor Assignments
    – Due diligence, valuations, and investment structuring
  • FEMA & FDI Compliances
    – FC-GPR/FC-TRS filings, FEMA pricing, and AD bank coordination
  • Automation & AI Tools
    – Using Zoho, Tally, and emerging AI-based accounting tools )

  • Pursuing CA Articleship
  • Strong analytical, Excel, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn startup finance, not just traditional accounting
  • A sense of ownership, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset
