About the Role:

Refining Skills Academy is hiring a full-time Mathematics Educator with a strong academic foundation to mentor students in Grades 6 to 10. The ideal candidate is passionate about concept clarity, logical thinking, and helping students develop confidence in math.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging math classes aligned with ICSE/CBSE/IGCSE syllabi
  • Reinforce core concepts, problem-solving, and mental math
  • Identify and address individual student learning gaps
  • Conduct regular assessments and prepare student progress reports
  • Provide individual support for struggling learners
  • Coordinate with curriculum leads to enhance lesson delivery

Qualifications:

  • M.Sc. in Mathematics (Mandatory)
  • Strong subject knowledge and command over middle and high school topics
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of Kannada is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a structured, child-first environment
