About the Role:

AAFT Online is looking for a qualified and enthusiastic
Interior Design Faculty
to join our on-campus academic team at Noida. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior design, with
2 to 5 years of experience
either in the industry or in teaching (online/offline). This role demands a balance of design expertise, software proficiency, and the ability to guide and mentor students through their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct theory and practical classes in interior design, both conceptually and software-based.
  • Deliver hands-on training in
    3Ds Max with V-Ray
    and
    AutoCAD
    ; working knowledge of
    Photoshop
    is an added advantage.
  • Teach drafting and sketching classes
    to strengthen students' design fundamentals and visualization skills.
  • Develop lesson plans, project briefs, and assessments in alignment with course objectives.
  • Mentor and evaluate students through regular reviews, assignments, and Vivas.
  • Coordinate with the Program Leader and academic Dean for curriculum development and planning.
  • Encourage student participation in creative projects, workshops, and interdisciplinary collaborations.
  • Maintain academic records, attendance, and grading systems as per institutional standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and bring real-world insights into the classroom.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Qualification in Interior Design.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in the interior design industry and/or teaching.
  • Proficiency in 3Ds Max + V-Ray and AutoCAD will be an ADD-ON
  • Working knowledge of
    Photoshop
    will be considered a plus.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • A passion for design education and the ability to inspire creative thinking among learners.
