We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Backend Lead with strong DevOps expertise  to lead the design, development, and optimization of our backend microservices architecture.

In this role, you will play a critical part in building scalable, high-performance solutions that drive our core business. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team, mentor junior developers, and contribute to our continuous innovation in the Java ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop technology solutions, ensuring the final product meets stakeholder needs.

·      Backend Microservices Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend microservices using Java (Spring Boot) to support our evolving product portfolio.

• Drive technology architecture to build a resilient, responsive, and scalable platform.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and system design to coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
- Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

·      Performance Optimization : Analyze and optimize system performance, ensuring our microservices architecture can handle high traffic and deliver exceptional user experiences. .Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of the infrastructure working with HoT.
• Implement and manage AWS cloud infrastructure
• Create innovative solutions for complex problems using advanced engineering principles.
• Champion the Agile/Scrum process, including scheduling and leading Agile team sessions.

·      Collaboration : Work effectively within a cross-functional team, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions. –

·      Documentation : Create clear and concise technical documentation to support knowledge transfer and maintainability.

• Maintain and enhance infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.

Must-Have Skills:

1. 9 to 16 years of experience in software development as a full-stack Java developer with DevOps experience

years of hands-on software development experience in Java, preferably with Spring Boot. - Proven expertise in object-oriented programming (OOP) and design principles (SOLID). –

Strong understanding of microservices architecture and best practices.

Deep Experience in AWS cloud services and infrastructure with

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.

Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs, utilizing OpenAPI/Swagger for documentation. –

Deep knowledge of JPA, ORM, and SQL/NoSQL databases. - Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

1. 5 years of experience of previous experience in products like  LoanIQ SDK with strong expertise in:

3. Data Model
4. LoanIQ functionality
5. Event Manager
6. Inquiry APIs

7. Remote Server

8. Deep understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.

Summary :Expertise with: Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, DevOps AWS Cloud Infrastructure, SQL with any RDBMS database technology

Good-to-Have Skills:

1. Strong React development skills (added advantage).
