We are looking for an experienced Receptionist for our hospital reception desk.

Responsibilities:

Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.

Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.

Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.

Assisting patients in filling medical forms

Answering multi-line phone and transferring calls to concern departments

Education & Experience:

University/College degree

Familiarity with phone systems

Previous experience (Minimum 1 to 2 yrs) with knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Salary : Rs.7000/- to 10000/- (Negotiable- Depends on Experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7, ₹10,000.00 per month
