Lead Fullstack Engineer

What You'll Work On

  • Architect and lead the design of secure, scalable, and HIPAA-compliant healthcare systems
  • Build and enhance backend microservices , Python) and front-end applications (React, React Native)
  • Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver full-stack features and integrations
  • Mentor engineers and set technical standards for clean, high-performance code
  • Drive innovation by exploring AI/ML use cases and data-driven features
  • Monitor, optimize, and improve application reliability, performance, and scalability

What You Bring

  • 10–18 years
    of engineering experience with
    3+ years in a lead or architect role
  • Strong in
    (NestJS)
    and working knowledge of
    ReactJS, React Native, Python
    , and
    TypeScript
  • Experience with
    AWS or GCP
    ,
    Docker
    , and
    Kubernetes
  • Solid understanding of
    PostgreSQL
    ,
    data pipelines
    , and
    healthcare data standards (EHR, FHIR, ADT, claims)
  • Awareness of
    HIPAA
    ,
    security best practices
    , and compliance in healthcare systems
  • Experience leading teams in fast-paced or startup environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — comfortable engaging with customers and partners

Bonus Points

  • Experience integrating healthcare systems (Elation, Athena, eCW, HIE, or claims pipelines)
  • Familiarity with
    Twilio, Mailgun, wearable APIs
    , or BI tools (Power BI, BigQuery)
  • Exposure to
    Value-Based Care (VBC)
    programs or US healthcare startups
