Role Overview:
As a Client Coordinator cum Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the clinic. Your role is pivotal in delivering a seamless, warm, and professional client experience while ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Handle front desk operations including calls, walk-ins, appointment scheduling, and client registrations.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and the sales team to manage daily client flow.
- Confirm appointments, manage follow-ups, and ensure clients are attended to on time.
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
- Record and update client information accurately in the system.
- Handle payment processing and maintain daily collection records.
- Assist in clinic-level promotions, client feedback collection, and relationship building.
- Address client queries, complaints, or service delays politely and professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass; fluency in English and local language is preffered.
- Prior experience in a front desk, hospitality, or client servicing role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or appointment booking software.
- Pleasant personality, grooming, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
- Willing to work weekends and flexible clinic hours.
