Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and technically skilled
Generative AI Architect
to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI solutions. You will play a pivotal role in architecting large-scale, production-grade generative AI systems, integrating cutting-edge models like GPT, DALL·E, or Stable Diffusion into business applications, and guiding cross-functional teams on GenAI strategy and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect AI Solutions:
    Design and develop scalable GenAI architectures for text, image, audio, and code generation using foundational models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, open-source LLMs).
  • Model Evaluation & Selection:
    Evaluate and select pre-trained models or fine-tune models based on business use cases (e.g., summarization, chatbots, content generation, synthetic data).
  • Prompt Engineering:
    Develop, test, and optimize prompts for various models to achieve high accuracy and consistency in outputs.
  • AI Integration:
    Lead the integration of generative AI capabilities into enterprise platforms (web, mobile, internal tools, APIs).
  • Data Strategy:
    Define data pipelines for model training/fine-tuning and ensure high-quality datasets for supervised and unsupervised learning tasks.
  • Security & Ethics:
    Incorporate AI governance principles, including responsible AI, data privacy, hallucination mitigation, and bias detection.
  • Cross-functional Leadership:
    Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with company goals.
  • Innovation & R&D:
    Stay ahead of emerging GenAI trends, conduct feasibility studies, and prototype new ideas to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with 2+ years in Generative AI, NLP, or LLM-focused roles.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.), diffusion models, or transformers.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers).
  • Proficient in Python and experience building APIs or deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
