Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

1. ISO Certification Management:

  • Lead the ISO 9001:2015 certification process, including planning, documentation, implementation, and training.
  • Prepare for and facilitate audits by external certification bodies, ensuring all required documentation and processes are in place.

2. Quality Management System Development:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Create and update quality policies, procedures, and documentation as required to ensure compliance.

3. Training and Awareness:

  • Conduct training sessions for employees on ISO 9001:2015 requirements, QMS policies, and best practices to ensure understanding and adherence.
  • Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.

4. Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for improvement within existing processes and implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the QMS and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

5. Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping practices are in place to support compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Maintain a document control system to manage and track quality documentation effectively.

6. Internal Audits:

  • Plan, conduct, and manage internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and compliance with ISO standards.
  • Prepare audit reports and facilitate management reviews to assess the QMS performance.

7. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all ISO-related matters within the organization.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and compliance with quality objectives and standards.

Qualification
•

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience, Certification, Exposure

  • Proven experience in implementing and managing ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management principles.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
