About the Role :

We're looking for an exceptionally sharp and driven Software Engineer to join our core team. You will be instrumental in building the next generation of our high-throughput hiring platform, which screens millions of candidates and manages millions of dollars in payouts. This is a hands-on role where you will own features end-to-end, from speaking directly with users to shipping hardened production code.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside engineers with experience from top-tier firms like Jane Street, Citadel, Databricks, and Stripe, while contributing to cutting-edge technology powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).

What Youll Do (First Year Focus) :

- Ship Code : Consistently ship production code weekly across our full stack, including Python and Go-based backend services and a frontend.

- System Design : Design and implement new, mission-critical microservices, focusing on high-performance areas like real-time ranking, interview analytics, and secure payouts infrastructure.

- Advanced Development : Partner with senior engineers on complex tasks, including profiling, testing, and hardening LLM-powered agents.

- Product Ownership : Engage directly with users to understand pain points, translate user feedback into precise engineering specifications, and own features end-to-end.
