Role Overview:

We're looking for a
Performance Marketing & Digital Marketing Expert
who not only understands numbers and ROAS but also
gets fashion, streetwear, and the cultural pulse of what captures attention.
Someone who can merge
data-driven strategy
with
storytelling and brand-building
to scale Thnwhn into a recognized name worldwide.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and manage
    performance marketing campaigns
    (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, influencer collabs).
  • Plan and execute
    end-to-end digital campaigns
    – from creatives and ad copy to targeting and scaling.
  • Scale revenue profitably by optimizing CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Work closely with the founder & creative team to
    integrate storytelling into ads
    – not just selling clothes but selling the
    feeling of Thnwhn
    .
  • Stay on top of
    fashion + streetwear marketing trends
    (globally and locally).
  • Build and manage a funnel strategy:
    awareness → engagement → conversion → retention.
  • Leverage influencer marketing, PR hooks, and community-led growth.
  • Test and iterate fast – data-backed decision making with creative experimentation.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-5 years
    of hands-on experience in performance marketing (fashion/e-commerce brands preferred).
  • Strong understanding of
    streetwear, fashion, and culture.
  • Skilled in scaling D2C brands through
    paid media and organic growth.
  • Creative mindset
    – you know what hooks, visuals, and stories actually stop the scroll.
  • Numbers-driven but not robotic – you understand brand building beyond metrics.
  • Experience with Shopify + analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Someone hungry to
    build an iconic brand
    , not just run ads.
