Job Title: Senior Accounts & Finance Manager

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and proven experience in financial planning and control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and payroll.
  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Implement and monitor internal financial controls and accounting systems.
  • Provide financial analysis and strategic support to management.
  • Manage a small team of accountants and support their professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance management.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
