Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in support and implementation projects, with strong expertise in SD processes, customization, solution design, testing, and user support. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of SD-related activities, ensuring effective delivery of business solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in SAP SD implementation and support projects, handling configuration and customization activities as per business requirements.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
  • Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution accuracy and stability.
  • Provide L1/L2/L3 user support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage master data configuration related to customer, pricing, billing, and sales documents.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP, WM, etc.) to ensure seamless integration across modules.
  • Prepare and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Take full ownership of assigned activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Participate in go-live and post-implementation support activities.
