Role Description

Neev Classes is seeking a full-time Chemistry Faculty member to join our team in Bengaluru. As a Chemistry Faculty member, you will be responsible for conducting lectures, preparing course materials, and evaluating student progress. The ideal candidate should be able to promote a love for the subject and help students gain a deep understanding of basic concepts while being able to learn and adapt their teaching style to best fit the students' needs.

Qualifications

  • Candidate should be pass from NIT/IIT or top central university and demonstrated experience in teaching.
  • Minimum 2 years of offline teaching experience is must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and other faculty members to promote a positive and engaging classroom culture.
  • Ability to simplify complex chemical concepts to students and apply them to real-world phenomena through laboratory and project work.
  • Dedication to staying up-to-date with new advancements in the chemistry subject.
  • A passion for teaching and mentoring students to help them reach their goals and excel in their field.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage course content, course preparation, and evaluate student progress efficiently.
