Company Overview

SUBZERO TUBE TOOLS PVT LTD is a Mumbai-based Private Limited Company specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality mechanical tools and machines. Our sales are balanced across international exports (50%), domestic private sector (40%), and government tenders (10%). We are seeking a diligent and experienced accountant to manage our end-to-end finance, compliance, and export documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities (Must-Have Expertise)

The candidate's core duties will be heavily focused on compliance and the intricacies of a manufacturing and export business:

1. Statutory & Tax Compliance (Direct & Indirect)

• GST Management (Crucial): Complete responsibility for monthly GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filings, Annual Return (GSTR-9/9C), and reconciliation (GSTR-2A/2B). Ensure accurate calculation of GST liability on domestic sales, exports, and RCM.
• Direct Tax & TDS/TCS: Handle monthly TDS/TCS calculation, deposit, and quarterly return filing (24Q, 26Q, 27Q). Assist the Statutory Auditor with timely preparation for Tax Audit ($44AB$ mandatory).
• MCA Compliance: Assist the CS/CA in preparing data for Annual Financial Statement filings (AOC-4, MGT-7) and ensure all board meeting minutes and statutory registers are maintained as per the Companies Act, 2013.

2. International Trade & Export Documentation (50% Business)

• Export Procedure: Manage the entire cycle of export documentation, including LUT (Letter of Undertaking) compliance, preparation of commercial invoices, packing lists, and coordination with freight forwarders.
• Foreign Exchange: Accounting for all Foreign Inward Remittances (FIRC), managing foreign currency transactions, and ensuring compliance with FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) guidelines as related to day-to-day operations.
• Incentives: Knowledge of claiming export-related incentives like RoDTEP (Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products) or similar schemes is a strong advantage.

3. Manufacturing & Cost Accounting

• Fixed Assets: Management of Fixed Asset Register and calculation of depreciation as per the Companies Act and Income Tax Act.

4. Core Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Bookkeeping & Finalization: Manage day-to-day accounting, bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
• Vendor/Client Accounts: Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R), ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Government Tenders (10% Business): Handle documentation and financial compliance specific to government contracts.

5. Must Have

• Education : B.Com / M.Com (Full-time) OR CA Inter / CMA Inter (Candidates with CA/CMA Inter are preferred for their deeper regulatory knowledge).
• Experience : 4 to 6 Years of hands-on experience, preferably in a Private Limited Manufacturing company with an export component.
• Software : Tally Prime / ZOHO (Expert Level is mandatory for invoice generation, inventory, GST, and payroll). Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas for data analysis and reporting).
• Knowledge : Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, Corporate Tax, and Basic Customs/Export Procedures
• Soft Skills : Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, high integrity, and ability to handle deadlines and coordinate with external Auditors/Consultants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
