Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SCM Techno-Functional Consultant to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes, coupled with technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role involves analyzing business needs, configuring SCM modules, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand SCM requirements.

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical solutions.

  • SCM Module Configuration:

  • Configure and customize SCM modules such as Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Order to Cash (OTC).

  • Implement best practices for module setup and integration.

  • Technical Development & Integration:

  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts, Oracle Reports, and Interfaces.

  • Utilize Oracle APIs and Web Services for system integration.

  • Implement E-Commerce Gateway (ECG) for electronic data interchange (EDI).

  • Testing & Quality Assurance:

  • Prepare and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Ensure data integrity and system performance.

  • Training & Support:

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.

  • Develop user manuals and documentation.

  • Project Management:

  • Lead or participate in SCM implementation projects.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.

Required Technical Skills:

  • SCM Modules Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS SCM modules (OM, INV, PO, ASCP, WMS, OTC).

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules is a plus.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Forms.

  • Experience with Oracle APIs, Web Services, and SOA.

  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

  • Tools & Methodologies:

  • Experience with Oracle Workflow, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and Oracle Cloud.
