Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inward & Outward Pallet Management: Oversee the accurate and timely receipt and dispatch of palletized goods, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
  • Loose Dispatch Handling: Manage loose item dispatches with attention to packaging, labelling, and shipment accuracy.
  • Transportation Coordination: Liaise with transporters and logistics partners to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and cost-effective routing.
  • WMS Data Entry: Ensure accurate and real-time entry of all inward and outward transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • MIS Reporting: Generate and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to inventory, dispatches, and warehouse performance.
  • Audit Compliance: Maintain all warehouse-related documentation in an organized manner to support internal and external audits.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with procurement, sales, and logistics teams. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize MS Excel, Word, and Outlook for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes.
  • Inventory Control & Optimization: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and stockouts.
  • Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries, returns, and issue resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in warehouse operations and propose solutions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • 5-8 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management
  • Proficiency in WMS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in warehousing.
