Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager in Quality Control (Pharma OSD) located in Kala Amb. The Assistant Manager QC will oversee daily quality control operations, manage and mentor QC team members, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, conduct quality audits, and implement quality control protocols. The role involves coordinating with production and quality assurance teams to maintain high standards of product quality.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality control protocols
  • Skills in team management, mentoring, and coordination
  • Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing QC protocols
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Kala Amb and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
