Ivory Nepal is a premium lifestyle and fashion accessories brand specializing in luxury

stone & Rudraksha-based bracelets. With a vision to expand across India, we are

launching kiosks in leading malls to deliver a luxury shopping experience to our

customers.

Role & Responsibilities

Welcome and engage customers with confidence and warmth

Demonstrate product knowledge and explain stone/bracelet benefits

Assist customers in product selection and drive sales conversions

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Manage billing & POS operations (Marg ERP)

Maintain kiosk displays as per brand merchandising standards

Ensure stock is replenished, clean, and secure at all times

Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally

Follow brand grooming, communication, and service standards

Eligibility Criteria

Female candidates only

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (mandatory)

Prior experience in retail desk sales (preferred in luxury/fashion brands)

Fluent in English & Hindi – spoken and written

Confident personality, professional communication, and polished grooming

well-presented, and brand-fit appearance (mandatory)

Strong customer service skills and sales-driven mindset
