Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated 
Law Intern
 who can support our legal, compliance, and research initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to legal documentation, contract review, policy research, and startup operations.
The intern will gain hands-on experience and exposure to various facets of the legal profession.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research on corporate, technology, and regulatory matters.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, NDAs, and internal policies.
  • Support compliance documentation and filings.
  • Summarize legal judgments, policy updates, and case laws relevant to our domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, product, and partnerships) to provide legal input.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing LL.B. / LL.M. (preferably 3rd year and above in 5-year course or final year in 3-year course).
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Prior internship or experience in corporate or startup law is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
