  • Manage talent through succession planning, performance reviews, and career development.
  • Lead digital transformation efforts like Industry 4.0 to improve factory efficiency and transparency.
  • Oversee engineering teams focused on equipment, process improvements, and maintenance across locations.
  • Develop long-term engineering strategies, resource planning, and training programs.
  • Help design and implement operational strategies to improve overall performance.
  • Make decisions on whether to produce in-house, outsource, or buy from external suppliers based on cost and quality.
  • Plan sourcing strategies for tools and equipment needed for production.
  • Use project management skills to ensure timely delivery of engineering projects.
  • Provide advice on complex technical and financial challenges, working closely with finance teams.
  • Lead projects to improve product manufacturability and apply lean manufacturing principles.
  • Manage capital investments and monitor budgets for the engineering department.
  • Ensure all processes follow company policies and meet efficiency and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or master s degree in mechanical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Certified Six Sigma Lean Expert or Six Sigma Black Belt (mandatory).
  • Significant experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering, Cost Engineering, or equivalent fields
