Job Purpose:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for performing in-depth analysis by collecting and interpreting data from multiple digital platforms, including websites and social media. The role involves using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Big Query, and Data Studio to generate insights, create automated dashboards, and provide strategic recommendations for digital marketing and organizational growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and analyze data from various sources such as Google Analytics, GTM, Big Query, and Data Studio.
  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards and MIS reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Looker Studio.
  • Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets using SQL or Big Query queries.
  • Conduct data processing, ingestion, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), enrichment, and statistical analysis for reporting.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations through presentations and visual reports for management.
  • Monitor and evaluate website performance, traffic, and campaign effectiveness across digital platforms.
  • Work with social listening and analytics tools such as Talkwalker and Meltwater for sentiment and share-of-voice analysis.
  • Support digital marketing and communications teams in measuring campaign ROI, user engagement, and online presence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across reports.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting frameworks to align with organizational KPIs and strategic goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (mandatory).
  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or equivalent (preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in data analytics across online/offline channels.
  • Proven experience in analyzing digital marketing data, website metrics, and social media performance.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering insights to leadership.
