Responsibilities:
  • Define and evolve existing frameworks for program planning, execution, and release activities.
  • Facilitate the definition and completion of program and release criteria for major milestones.
  • Design and develop tools and services to support data-driven decisions.
  • Lead and manage strategic programs related to release quality, service readiness, and platform scalability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product and reliability teams to ensure successful execution of release and deployment programs.
  • Serve as a key partner to the Incident Management team, supporting customer escalations and driving actionable follow-ups.
  • Establish and maintain robust metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to monitor program performance and service quality.
  • Identify opportunities for operational automation and implement tooling, workflows, and AI agentic capabilities to enhance efficiency and scale.
  • Drive the adoption of intelligent systems and AI-driven decision making across release and operational processes.
  • Advocate for customer impact in all phases of program execution, ensuring the highest levels of quality and responsiveness.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership through structured reporting and business reviews.​
Qualifications:
  • 2 years experience as a Release Manager.
  • 1 years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.​ ​
Other Requirements
  • This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
  • 4 years experience as a Release manager.
  • 2 years project or program management experience.
  • 2 years experience in Power BI or any other similar tools is a plus. ​
