We at Yatribiz Private Limited is hiring for Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager -HR Admin

Roles & Responsibilities

Human Resource:

  • Recruit and onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth integration process.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
  • Manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll administration.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support employee performance evaluations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and FNF Settlement.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and team leaders.
  • Collaborate with management to develop competitive compensation packages.
  • Facilitate training programs and employee development workshops.
  • Maintain a positive workplace culture that promotes employee satisfaction.

Admin:

  • Manage office supplies, including procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain and organize accurate records, documents, and administrative databases.
  • Oversee facility management, including maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Serve as the point of contact between departments, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
  • Handle external correspondence, such as emails, calls, and official letters
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
