Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager who will be responsible for designing visual content and managing the company's social media presence. The role involves creating engaging graphics, planning social media strategies, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Designing

  • Design creatives for social media posts, stories, reels, ads, brochures, banners, hoardings, and presentations
  • Create visually appealing designs aligned with brand guidelines
  • Edit images and videos for marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements
  • Ensure timely delivery of all creative materials

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Write engaging captions, hashtags, and content descriptions
  • Manage daily posting and monitor social media accounts
  • Respond to comments and messages professionally
  • Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth
  • Run and monitor paid social media campaigns (if required)

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro / After Effects (basic)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding
  • Creativity with strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
