Head - Business Development :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Business Development (Non-IT/IT) to lead and expand our client base in the Recruitment and Staffing industry:
Establishing a US/Canada /Gulf staffing firm focused on Non-IT/IT sectors like Healthcare, Construction, Manufacturing, Finance Etc.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build relationships in Non-IT industries in the US/Canada/Gulf etc
- Strong existing client network,
- Bring healthcare clients for hiring Doctors and Nurses
- Strong existing client network
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record 6+ years in business development in the recruitment/staffing industry
- Fiercely independent candidate who can set-up the process
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Along with NON -IT , IT exposure is welcome
