Senior Accountant

Sales Accounting:
- Record and reconcile sales transactions accurately and promptly.
- Verify sales orders, invoices, and receipts for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and analysis as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Purchase Accounting:
- Process purchase orders and invoices in a timely manner.
- Verify and reconcile supplier invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies related to vendors.
- Maintain vendor accounts and records up to date.
- Sales & Purchases Returns :
- Manage the accounting for product returns.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to validate returns.
- Ensure accurate recording of returns and adjustments in the accounting system.
- General Accounting Support:
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations related to sales, purchases, and returns.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues and inquiries.
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
