Job Title: Sales Staffing Manager Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Experience: 2 – 5 year (Staffing / Recruitment industry) Reporting to: Head of Business Development/Director - Staffing Summary The Sales Staffing Manager will be a key driver of business growth, responsible for end-to-end sales and client management for permanent recruitment and staffing projects within the designated industry sectors. This role focuses on aggressively sourcing job vacancies from the market and translating client requirements into actionable mandates for the recruitment team, while ensuring high standards of client coordination and service delivery in the competitive Noida market. Roles and Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation Lead Generation: Proactively identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients for permanent staffing and project-based staffing solutions through cold calling, networking, market research, and industry events. Market Sourcing (Core Focus): Your job will be to source job vacancies from the market and provide them to the team. This involves consistent market mapping and outreach to HR Heads, TA Heads, and CXOs in target companies in the Noida/NCR region to capture new and existing hiring requirements (job vacancies). Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for client acquisition and revenue generation. Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and present compelling proposals, service agreements, and commercials; lead negotiations to close staffing and recruitment deals. Client Coordination & Account Management Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers and hiring managers across client organizations. Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth meetings with clients to understand their specific permanent recruitment and project staffing needs, organizational culture, job specifications, and urgency. Service Delivery Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the internal delivery (recruitment) team, ensuring clear communication of job mandates, candidate feedback, and timely fulfillment. Client Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to secure repeat business, referrals, and long term exclusive staffing partnerships. III. Team Support & Operations Mandate Briefing: Effectively brief the internal recruitment/delivery team on all new job vacancies/mandates, providing complete details on the client, role, compensation, and required candidate profile. Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, track all sales activities, client interactions, and progress using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM). Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and industry hiring landscapes in Noida to inform sales strategies and service offerings. Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance reviews for senior management. Required Skills and Qualifications Category Skills / Qualifications Experience 4 years of proven B2B Sales/Business Development experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the Staffing/Recruitment Industry (specifically Permanent/Non-IT Recruitment is a plus). Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field. MBA/Post-Graduate is a bonus. Core Competencies Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills (verbal and written). Strong Negotiation and Deal-Closing Abilities. Hunter Instinct for new client acquisition. Industry Knowledge Solid understanding of permanent recruitment life cycles and various engagement models. Technical Proficiency in using CRM software (Zoho CRM) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Personal Traits Target-driven, Self-motivated, Professional demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, metrics-driven sales environment.
