The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, manage the workforce, and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor. This role is responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing resources to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate production activities on the shop floor.
  • Allocate work to operators and ensure adherence to production schedules.
  • Monitor machine operations, material usage, and manpower deployment.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain proper records of production, downtime, and material consumption.
  • Implement and maintain safety practices and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to reduce machine breakdowns.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Train and guide operators and workers to enhance productivity.
  • Report production progress and issues to management on a daily basis

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
