Internship Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct calls to understand onboarded customers emotional needs , Guide and assist them in navigating

their mental health wellness journey.

• Facilitate conducting of initial HappiLife assessment to understand clients' needs and concerns,

providing empathetic listening and support.

• Conduct Report reading sessions for clients who have taken HappiLife assessment

• Utilize active listening and crisis intervention techniques to de-escalate crises and provide emotional

support to clients.

• Collaborate with senior psychologists and mental health professionals to develop and implement

personalized care plans for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in psychology,Freshers

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals in crisis.

• Compassion, Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.

• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Career Path:

As a Psychological First Responder, you will have the opportunity to grow and advance within our

organization. Every 6 months there will be a performance review and basis for progression in role. You

can end up becoming a full time psychologist in 12 months, meeting the terms & conditions.
