ITOC Engineer

We have an opening for the post of ITOC Engineer for a reputed Company at the Navi Mumbai (Juinagar) location.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance and capacity of our server and applications systems, troubleshooting problems, and responding to application/server/storage issues. You will be required to manage and address the system's alerts.

You should demonstrate advanced knowledge of server deployment and infrastructure, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. A skilled ITOC Engineer will be able to diagnose and resolve server issues without causing extended downtime of the IT systems.

ITOC Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and inspecting IT systems alerts using SCOM
• Monitoring the performance of application/server/storage systems
• Performing daily checks/smoke tests application/server/storage systems
• Responding to system alerts and hardware malfunctions.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting application/server/storage systems
• Tracking and documenting systems issues and compiling incident reports.
• Responding to user requests and providing systems training.
• Managing system backups and restorations

ITOC Engineer Requirements:

• Extensive experience working with monitoring tools
• Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
