About the Role:

We are seeking a Freelance App Developer to work with us on a contractual basis. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing mobile applications as per project requirements. This is a great opportunity for freelancers who prefer flexible work arrangements while contributing to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Askknatural internal team to define requirements and deliver functional, high-quality apps.
  • Ensure app performance, scalability, and user experience standards are met.
  • Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and debug applications.
  • Deliver projects or modules within defined timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Mobile App Developer (Android, iOS, or cross-platform).
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following:
  • Android: Java / Kotlin
  • iOS: Swift / Objective-C
  • Cross-platform: Flutter / React Native
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, app architecture, and mobile UI/UX principles.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working on freelance or contractual projects.
  • Experience publishing apps on Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
  • Knowledge of Firebase, cloud integration, or analytics tools.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
