Principle Tasks:

  • Development/Coding of SW modules required to deliver product deliverables

  • To participate in design discussions and decisions

  • To test the developed SW modules to maintain quality

  • To be part of Agile scrum team as part of SAFe process and commit to the priority tasks

  • Debugging the issues and providing bug fixes

  • Have understanding of GPON, XGSPON technologies with having working knowledge of ONTs, OLTs, Network protocols and linux

  • Participate in discussions along with product owner to understand the product requirements

  • Good written and verbal communication skills to communicate with team members.

Skills / Qualifications / Training / Experience:

Skills:

  • Proficiency in C, C++,

  • Development life cycle process understanding

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good to have knowledge of Networking protocols like DHCP, PPPOE, CFM, ARP, VLANs, TCP/IP etc.

  • knowledge on Linux.

  • Good to have working knowledge on Ethernet, GPON, XGSPON technologies

  • Understanding of cross functional team dependencies and ability to work with cross functional and cross-cultural teams

  • Ability to understand the product goals and ensuring the compliance to product goals

Qualifications:

  • B Tech/BE in CSE/ECE/EEE

Experience:

  • Experience of 1-3 years in individual contribution role as SW developer
