Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to oversee our

backend development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in

and related frameworks, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering

high-quality, scalable solutions. This role involves mentoring developers, managing project

deliverables, ensuring code quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve

organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, providing technical guidance and

support.

● Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure

applications.

● Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

● Ensure the implementation of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

● Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver complete

solutions.

● Manage project timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

● Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.

● Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in backend development.

● Facilitate effective communication between the development team and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

● 7+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using

architecture.
