Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle admission enquiries from prospective students via phone calls, emails, or walk-ins.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and admissions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in Admission Counselling or related field (Education Industry).
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students over phone/email/in-person.
  • Proficiency in Sales/Marketing principles for generating leads and converting them into paying customers.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
