Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled 
Technical Lead
 to join our client's software development team. This is a hands-on role involving technical leadership, solution design, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Ownership
    : Design scalable, secure, and high-performing project architectures using Angular, .NET (windows app, windows service, API in C#), and MS SQL.
  • Database Design
    : Plan and implement robust database schemas, stored procedures, and optimization strategies.
  • Team Leadership
    : Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, helping them grow technically and professionally.
  • Hands-on Development
    : Take ownership of complex or critical functionality and ensure it is developed with high quality and performance.
  • Project Execution
    : Plan and estimate timelines, break down tasks, assign work, and ensure timely delivery of features/modules.
  • Code Quality & Best Practices
    : Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in design, development, and DevOps.
  • Collaboration
    : Work closely with product owners, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Problem Solving
    : Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues across application tiers.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years
     of experience in software development with at least 
    2 years in a lead role
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Angular
     (version 10+)
  • .NET
    (version 6.0+)
  • MS SQL Server
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
  • Experience with version control systems like Git
  • Good experience in CI/CD tools and development life cycle processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and team management abilities
