Factory Supervisor

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Factory Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our marble and natural stone facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth factory processes, enforce company rules and regulations, maintain discipline and safety standards, and support the workforce to achieve production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations.
• Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and adherence to company rules.
• Ensure all workers wear proper uniforms, safety gear, and follow safety protocols.
• Assign and oversee tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the factory premises.
• Monitor machinery, equipment, and tools, reporting any maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with management regarding production targets and operational requirements.
• Train and guide workers on best practices and safety standards.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained across all processes.
• Prepare and submit reports on factory activities, workforce performance, and production progress.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a factory supervisor or in a similar supervisory role, preferably in the stone/marble industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to enforce discipline and maintain a professional work culture.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and factory operations.
• Good communication skills in [English/local language].
• Flexibility to handle day-to-day operational challenges.

Pay: ₹11, ₹50,000.00 per month
