About UPAY:

UPAY (Under Privileged Advancement by Youth) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality education to underprivileged children in slum and rural areas. We believe that every child deserves the right to learn, grow, and dream—regardless of their socio-economic background.

Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Volunteer Teachers to educate children from Classes 1 to 10 in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, Hindi and English. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact on society by shaping the future of children who need it the most.

Requirements:

  • Strong command over the subject(s) you choose to teach.
  • Ability to communicate concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and social impact.
  • Availability to teach on Sundays (essential) with a weekly off on Mondays.
  • Prior teaching or volunteering experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
