ob Description:

Our organization is a diverse business group that operates in various fields such as confectionery manufacturing (including jellies, chocolates, and related products), real estate, and healthcare services.

Work Location: Manthan Tower, Sultanpur, near Sultanpur Metro Station, Delhi

Education: B.Com or M.Com

Experience: Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience

Availability: Immediate joining is preferred

Compensation: Salary range of 30,000 to 35,000 per month

Skills & Responsibilities:

- Tally Expertise: Proficient in using Tally software, including managing inventory in batches, tracking manufacturing and expiry details, creating and updating price lists, and setting up automated discount structures.

  • Billing & Compliance: Familiar with billing processes, e*-invoicing, and e-*way bills.

    Able to prepare and process sales claim adjustments through credit notes (such as returns, damages, and expiry claims).

  • Incentive Handling: Experience in verifying and processing incentive payments for sales and marketing teams based on performance targets.

  • Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Excel for data analysis, generating MIS reports, and automating processes.

  • Accounting & Taxation: Good knowledge of GST and TDS compliance, posting journal entries, and reconciling accounts with banks, vendors, and debtors.Role & responsibilities
