Job Description: We are seeking a Recruitment Manager with extensive experience in hiring for Software Development (IT) and BPO (Non-IT) roles. This role requires strategic workforce planning, managing a high-performing recruitment team, and ensuring seamless talent acquisition aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in tech hiring, volume hiring, stakeholder management, employer branding, and recruitment operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Recruitment Planning:

  2. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for both IT and Non-IT (BPO) hiring.

  3. Work closely with department heads to forecast workforce needs and create hiring plans.
  4. Design and optimize the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure efficiency and quality of hires.

  5. End-to-End Recruitment Management:

  6. Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations for software engineers, IT architects, DevOps specialists, and BPO roles.

  7. Develop a structured hiring process that includes technical assessments, soft skills evaluation, and culture fit analysis.
  8. Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  9. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

  10. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and productivity.

  11. Collaborate with hiring managers, HRBPs, and leadership to understand role requirements and define recruitment SLAs.
  12. Act as a recruitment consultant to internal stakeholders, advising on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.

  13. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement:

  14. Strengthen employer branding through LinkedIn, career fairs, university tie-ups, and recruitment marketing campaigns.

  15. Build talent pipelines for critical IT and BPO roles, ensuring a strong network of active and passive candidates.

  16. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:

  17. Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and candidate quality.

  18. Prepare detailed reports on hiring trends, diversity hiring, and recruiter performance.
  19. Optimize recruitment budgets and hiring costs to align with company goals.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Implement AI-driven and ATS-based recruitment tools to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Collaborate with L&D teams for onboarding and employee retention strategies.
  • Lead diversity hiring initiatives to ensure inclusive hiring practices.
  • Manage third-party vendors, staffing agencies, and external recruitment consultants.
  • Handle executive-level hiring and succession planning for senior leadership roles.

Recruitment Expertise:

  • 8-12 years of experience in IT & BPO hiring with a strong understanding of tech hiring for software development roles and volume hiring for BPOs.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, Lever, Keka Hire etc.).
  • Strong Boolean search, headhunting, and direct sourcing skills.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

  • Ability to liaise with CXOs, department heads, and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of 8-15 recruiters.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Experience in recruitment analytics, hiring dashboards, and data-driven hiring.
  • Ability to analyze and report KPIs like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality.

Negotiation & Offer Management:

  • Skilled in salary negotiation, closing strategies, and counteroffer handling.
  • Strong understanding of compensation structures and market benchmarking.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Exposure to global hiring (US, UK, APAC markets).
  • Certifications in Talent Acquisition / HR Analytics (LinkedIn, SHRM, or AIRS).
  • Knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and labor regulations.
  • Background in RPO and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools and automation.
