JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Campus Recruiter to attract, engage, and hire early-career talent from colleges and universities. The role focuses on building strong campus relationships, managing recruitment events, and creating a strong employer brand among students.

- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies aligned with hiring needs
- Build partnerships with universities, colleges, and student organizations
- Plan and participate in campus events such as career fairs, information sessions, and workshops
- Manage internship, graduate, and entry-level hiring programs
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes
- Promote employer brand on campus and through social media and digital platforms
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and attention to detail.
Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Word and Excel. - Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or similar software tool strongly preferred.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with candidates and internal clients.
Communicates in a courteous and professional manner.
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in campus hiring recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and influence students and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel to campuses as needed
