
Backend Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day back-office operations including data entry, record management, and documentation.
- Perform data analysis, generate reports, and provide insights to support management decisions.
- Work with advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all records and data.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect and consolidate information.
- Assist in preparing presentations, business reports, and trackers.
- Support management in process automation and efficiency improvements.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot tables, charts, macros preferred).
- Good typing speed and accuracy in data handling.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in Commerce/Business/Administration or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in back-office operations/MIS/Data Management.
- Certification in MS Excel will be an added advantage.
