Job Description
Primary skills - German Language expert with minimum C1 level certification.
Good to have - SAP tool , EVO , ARiba tool, B2/b1 Certified
Key Deliverables
- manage Service owner role
- stakeholder management / vendor management involved in Professional Order Management
- ngum/ access management
- making sure all POs are raised /delivered without any escalations
- keeping a check of existing/additional workscope
- identifying new projects/ opportunities
- manage knowledge documents
- maintaining a resource pool
- order management/ Incident management
