Who are we looking for?
Project Manager: 8 to 12 years of experience

Technical Skills

  • Project Management: Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong experience in ecommerce background.
  • Planning: Strong organizational skills with the ability to create detailed, actionable project plans.
  • Risk Management: Ability to assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage any issues that arise.
  • Budgeting & Resource Management: Experience in managing project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.

Secondary Skills

  • Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar, with a focus on iterative progress and flexibility.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience
