Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project tasks and ensure alignment across departments.

Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Facilitate regular status meetings, ensuring clear communication and documentation.

Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change management.

Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
