Position Overview:
Elevate your career as an Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager, General Manager at Star Estate. If you possess enthusiasm, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for real estate, we encourage you to explore this opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire sales department and its operations.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Report directly to senior management on sales performance and strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales (specific years may vary based on the role).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills for senior roles.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Benefits:
