Position Overview:

Elevate your career as an Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager, General Manager at Star Estate. If you possess enthusiasm, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for real estate, we encourage you to explore this opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire sales department and its operations.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Report directly to senior management on sales performance and strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales (specific years may vary based on the role).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills for senior roles.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
