Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller for Virudhunagar (aruppukottai) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and promoting the company's products or services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally​.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.

Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.

Explain products/services and their benefits to customers.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback.

Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

Report customer feedback and suggestions to the team leader or manager.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or any graduate.

Good verbal communication in English and local language.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9, ₹20,000.00 per month
