The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that showcases our properties, highlights our brand, and engages potential buyers and sellers.

*Responsibilities*

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for property listings, including *virtual tours, **walkthroughs, and **aerial footage* (drone videography).

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional videos, client testimonials, and brand-related content.

  • Ensure all videos align with Valiyaparambil Properties' branding and marketing goals.

  • Manage video equipment, including cameras, drones, lighting, and audio gear.

  • Edit videos using professional software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to add music, graphics, and effects.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in videography and real estate marketing.

  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


*Requirements*

  • Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

  • Experience with drone videography and editing (FAA Part 107 certification is a plus).

  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio techniques.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of real estate marketing trends is a plus.

  • Owns professional-grade video equipment


*Preferred Qualifications*

  • Experience in real estate videography or related fields.

  • Knowledge of 3D virtual tour software (e.g., Matterport).

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and video optimization for these platforms.
